Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and LevelApp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the LevelApp website, platform, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

3. Nature of Services

LevelApp offers live, one-on-one, personalized classes in academics, languages, hobbies, and exam preparation. These are delivered using a credit-based model where each credit typically corresponds to one hour of learning.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or academic results and do not promise improvement in grades or rankings.

4. Credit System and Payments

  • All classes are billed using credits.
  • One credit equals one hour of learning.
  • Credits can be purchased in bundles.
  • Prices vary depending on subject complexity, trainer level, and curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, etc.).
  • Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Expiry: Credits have a validity period, typically between 15–90 days depending on the plan.
  • Unused credits after expiry are forfeited.

5. Free Demo Sessions

A free demo session may be offered to new users. The company reserves the right to deny or discontinue demos based on availability, suitability, or misuse.

6. Session Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to a scheduled session.
  • Late-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in credit deduction.
  • Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and must be requested through approved communication channels.
  • In the case of technical issues from the student’s end, the session is counted unless a valid exception is reviewed and approved.

7. Trainer Allocation and Conduct

  • Trainers are assigned based on subject, curriculum, and student needs.
  • Trainer changes can be requested but are subject to approval.
  • LevelApp reserves the right to change a trainer at any time due to availability, conduct, or performance concerns.
  • Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or unprofessionalism should be reported immediately to our support team.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm trainers or staff.
  • Record, duplicate, or distribute session content without prior written consent.
  • Access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
  • Use the platform for commercial, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, lesson materials, trademarks, and software associated with LevelApp are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, share, or redistribute class recordings, study material, or resources without written consent.
  • Use LevelApp’s branding or content for personal or commercial gain.

10. Data Privacy and Security

Your data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Name, email, contact information, and usage data.
  • Session recordings (where applicable) for quality, training, or compliance purposes.

We use encryption, access control, and other industry-standard measures to protect your data.

11. Service Modifications and Downtime

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical failures.

We are not liable for any losses incurred due to such interruptions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Continuous availability of services.
  • Accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of educational outcomes.
  • Compatibility of services with all devices or browsers.

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LevelApp shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
  • Issues arising from third-party service providers or internet outages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the last 1 month.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LevelApp, its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damages, or expense arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Misuse or abuse of services.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

Unused credits may be forfeited in the event of termination due to user misconduct.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Amendments

LevelApp may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users through the platform or via email when changes occur. Continued use of the Services after changes are made implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
