Role - Business Development Executive (Sales)

Job Summary:
LevelApp is looking for Business Development Associates who are passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. He/she schedules and conducts structured counseling sessions. Through this session, the executive analyzes a student's needs and helps him/her buy the right subscription package. Business Development Associates at LevelApp are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality. So, if you love interacting with people, are extremely student-centric, and are committed to spreading personalized learning, then we are looking for you.

Job Responsibilities :
- Advise students/parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions. - Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions. - Understand Customer profiles & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods. - Create the need for smart learning and advise student-parent to buy LevelApp subscriptions as a solution. - Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue. - Learn/Upgrade one's own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed the growing sales target(s).

Key Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from any field, well versed in English. - 1 - 3 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable. - Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
