Refund Policy

We don’t ship any physical products, as per the terms of the firm. No shipping or cancellation for digital intangible services or orders processed; only virtual dissemination of data and services as per the SLA of Level Innovations Private Limited. This refund or cancellation policy applies if you are dealing directly with our firm. In case you are not satisfied with our quality, service, or schedule, you get a full refund of the remaining credits as per the terms of the firm. No cancellation of service is allowed once an invoice is raised as per the terms of the firm. However, partial or full refunds may be applicable on a case-by-case basis. You also agree that your electronic consent will have the same legal effect as a physical signature. The refunds are processed within 10–15 days of the request.

A. For Academic courses, you may initiate the refund procedure within the following timeline and rules: 60 Days from the date of enrollment in the course.

B. For Project assistance, you can initiate the refund procedure within the following timeline and rules:

- Post the submission of a project, once the client revises and goes through the work and is not satisfied with it, the client can request a full refund within two days from the date of submission.
- LevelApp has all the rights to deny any refund requests after the two-day timeline.
